Life's Your Stage is excited to offer Yoga classes for all ages! Yoga is an excellent way to build mental and physical strength, to relax, rejuvenate and even to supplement your dance training!

Types of Yoga Classes

Mixed Level Yoga:

All are welcome to this comfortably-paced yoga flow paired with a soothing playlist. This class is appropriate for beginners to seasoned yogis, as well as an excellent complement to existing athletic routines. Come as you are, as options are given to make poses more accessible, whether you are looking for a softer practice or opportunities for a challenge.  While working  towards increased strength, flexibility and mobility, you will leave class feeling more balanced, ready to walk comfortably into whatever your weekend awaits!

Restorative Yoga:

This mid-week practice will have you waltzing out the door as part of a sweet bedtime routine. Need a re-set and good night’s sleep? In restorative yoga, bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to comfortable settle into poses for 3-5 minutes each. Gentle poses held for longer periods signal the parasympathetic nervous system into a calm and safe space, allowing for automated functions of the body to operate from a restful space, thereby balancing the body’s elevated stress state from the week.

Sweet & Gentle Yoga:

Join us for a class that is just the right pace for you! Listen to your body as we move at a slower pace with peaceful music and deep breathing exercises. This gentle class is for those who are brand new to yoga, anyone with past or present health concerns and those who just need to slow down and unwind. Tune into your body, gently release tension and toxins with slow flows and know that you are in a non-judgmental, loving environment. This class is designed just for you with any adaptations and modifications you may need!  

Yoga Flow:

This class is designed for all levels to increase strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus. Breath and movements are linked together with grace. A wonderful mix of traditional Asanas (poses) mixed with creative, energizing flows to target different parts of the body. Class ends with deep stretching and peaceful relaxation to restore your mind, body and spirit!
